- Security cameras on property - Your safety matters. The property features a RING camera on the front porch and garage, both facing out (they do not look into interior spaces).

Air Conditioning
- Our great room is air conditioned with a split unit because the large windows allow in a lot of sunlight.
- Air Conditioning is not needed in the bedrooms, we just open the windows at night for plenty of cool mountain air!
